I have just got a laptop cooler that has 3 fans built in to it. It plugs in through the usb. What i am trying to do is make a small c++ program that is able to start and stop the usb device.
It would make it a lot easier rather than having to unplug and plug it in all the time.
I'm not asking for someone to write the hole code (i wouldn't complain if that happened). I am fairly new to c++ so even if someone just mentioned an area that i should read up about that would make me just as happy.
