I want to know one thing...how we can pass parameters directly at runtime in windows forms and connect that windows form to a dll file so that we can perform neccessary calculations at the dll file by taking the values given in the form....

Develop your logic as class library (.dll) then add reference to from your GUI application or the application it depends on.
