I am new to VB 2008 Express and have built a few simple database applications, one with two tables, oth table have a primary key and one has a secondary key which I have added a relation to the other table using Dataset Designer. My question is:

Is this relation at the application level or in the database itself? I see no way to manage relations using database explorer.
