Ok, I've spooted a program and am quite interested as to how it works.
When you open the program, it resizes the actual desktop, and then it
places its self at the bottom, and when you close the program, it resets
your desktop.. I was quite.. Amazed!! Can anyone help me out and give
me an idea as to how this works? It may be C++ or .NET, I'm not sure,
either way it's way cool!!
