What part of the HTTP header is always provided as part of the response of a CGI program?

If you're talking about the http protocol, then the answer is all of it. When your browser connects to a website it is going to provide all of the data that the RFC calls for. I suspect this isn't the information you're looking for. Can you make your question more specific? Are you trying to do something in python that involves the http protocol?

nah basically its a question from my text book. Revision sort of question but i guess your right about all of the protocol.

no no, its not a homework question its self revision! i wasnt to sure what they were asking and ive been a member for for a while so i didnt find just any forum :)
