Hi guys,
im not sure if this is where to post this, or if you can do anything about it, but whenever i update my rss, it doesn't show the changes in google reader. im not sure if this is a problem with: a) google reader, b) my rss or c) me.

thanks for any help, even if I cant be helped.

oh wait, never mind, its just delayed a bit (hour or so). is there a way to tell it to update more often in the rss feed?
