I was starting my MS SQL Server Express 2005 when this dialog box "new database connection " Came . I am confused what server name is and what server name should i put in the box ?

Please help me, and if possible suggest a aserver name , or procedure to find it !!
Please its urgent !!1

Server name is the name the of the computer that the service is running, in this case the service is sql server and you need to enter the computer name.
