Anyone can send me c++ program for Testing LED Blinking which is attached in serial port. It will be simple ON or OFF Program. Actually I want to send data through the serial port (com1/com2 port). But at first i would like to test by using LED.

You have a computer in front of you!
You may not have hardware, but you can still write your program for later testing!
You do need to be careful of your test circuit. Is this an embedded processor with test board, or are you trying to build your own circuit? If your own, then watch the current load of the LED as it draws too much current for your serial port to handle!
Who is the vendor supplying LED , you can check the driver apis in their document.
