How do I know what the process owner, who released it?
Using Process funktion, and don't using WMI.

Process[] list = Process.GetProcesses();foreach (Process pr in list)

As far as I know you can't do that in .NET without using either WMI or the w32 API:

For example here is a simple call using processId ( but you can use by processName as well just check out the Methods):
