Is this API striclty for 3d applications including sound and modeling etc.... or can you program windows forms as well? Just wondering

Well,you could do some pretty neat stuff with 3d forms and what not. So i was just curious if anyone has had any expieriance using it for that type of application. But thanks for the smart alic response, it really helped
