Help with layout/sizers - please

Hi

I need some help with sizers.

I just can not get my head around it and i cant find much on the net about what i am trying to achieve.
I am not even sure if i need a grid sizer or two box sizers.

This is what i am trying to achieve - sorry no code as i haven’t even come close. Its just a very simple layout which includes a header, menu and content. The header and content areas are flexible.

Which GUI toolkit are you using?

If it's wxPython take a look at:

Once you have established the panel layout, simply put your widget on the desired panel.
