Hello guys. Can somebady help me to make a keybind for Gta San Andreas MultiPlayeri ?

Look what i'm talking about:

When i'm in game , and i press 1 or 2 or 3 or another number selected from program , the computer press T ( open the bar for write in SA:MP ) , write in the bar the text what i have in box 1 or 2 or 3 or another number , and he press enter.

Can somebady help me ?
