Well i want to make my prog more pro so is boardless and it has custom buttons like close - minimize and option btn

i made that option btn so it appears another form boardless with options but you can see completely the first form.

i want like when i click option button it appears the other form but in the first form like it gets darker to make other knows you are focus on the option form.

i have tried picturebox with some commands etc that i found and all of them finish the same way only a Dark Gray solid color...

Any help?
