and now need some good and complete reference to start this language.

but you know it wasn't too hard and i found this good site before
and it's book in it. but i want some where like here some where talk about
ruby-lang specially in it. and i found some e-book about it but i want a link to download more and more like another lang like Java . i want to
have a lots of e-book about it.

No, we're not going to give you access to pirated ebooks and illegal scans of printed books.
Most publishers sell ebooks these days, so do online bookstores like Amazon.
Buy a few there.

I would suggest "Learning Ruby" by Michael Fitzgerald, published by O'Reilly in 2007.
ISBN-10 Number is: 0-596-52986-4
238 pages long. It's a learning text rather than a reference work.
