192.168.1.1 = 11000000.10101000.00000001.00000001

for example: 192 = 11000000:

128 + 64 = 192

and I have a question about it, for what is used all this? I mean for what will be exposed all this? for what we ar converting all this?

You likely got the endianness wrong for reading data (as opposed to network endianness), but base 2 is how data is represented to a processor.
