i've been at this problem for hours now, and so thought of asking help from people who are not such newbies to programming as i am.
please help me with this:

i have to print the result of a specific element in a pascal triangle, taking only rows and position (of the element ) as input from the user.

i am supposed to create a dynamic array.

help me please.

So, what have you done to try to program this?
