Hi,

I am trying to send emails from a mobile C# application that I am writing. There are heaps of articles online how to do this which is great.

Everyone has:

Using System.Net.Mail;

reference at the top of the code.

Problem is when I type System. there is no Mail option and I can't find it anywhere when I try and add it.

I have compactframework V2 and V3.5. Development PC is Vista with VS2008 Team Suite. And when I try and add the reference and go to: program files\microsoft.net\compactframework

and either V2 or V3.5 cant find system.net

any ideas? what am I missing - thanks
