How can I run my Perl scripts on my symbian phone?

I have been googling for two days, I only found these two links:

and I didn't understand them lol
so is there a way to use perl on my symbian?
either the Perl interpreter or a compiled perl script

maybe invoking perl from a c++ or java app.

argc of 3 and argv of { "perl", "-e", "0" } is assumed.

Now I dont know what to do with it lol, some help please

Yes, I had initially the source of the source of N/A was released, but later I learned that I can build Perl on my Nokia phone. Although now I'm trying to build custom Perl for Windows CE plate form as well, when I am faced with a lot of problems. I put together the different target platforms ARM Win32.
