i want to create a virtualization software (like vmware ) which can run single operating system virtually
i was searching for this from past few days but not able to know much about coding part
So plzzz help me out in this i have to submit it as my project
i want to do it in c++ (but i may do it in .net and Java)

The best I can tell you is that you should look at the source of something similar to what you want to mimic (virtualbox). If this is a short-term school project you have a long road ahead of you as this is - in every situation - a non-trivial endeavor.
