Phython mercury doesnt pass the filesize of the packed content to the browser

Hej Guys,

I am not a phyton programmer, just on www.luxrender.net (open source project) we have this annoying problem when we need to dl something the phyton mercury doesnt pass the file size to browser...

Can somebody take a helpful look at it?
I am sure its just something worng with the header constuction or param missing around thatr line.
