Well, my friend is opening a internet cafe soon . But i need to know how it works to save database, customer's time left and accounts. Im sure they never used MYSQL as database support as it sucks alot. It gets 'too many connections' very often . So how it works? Anyone know ? If you do, please tell me more detailed.

In additional, i would like to know if how do i check if my internet cafe program is closed(either by accident or being bypassed) , the system will auto restart.
It means that there will be another hidden program running to check if the internet cafe's program is running . If it is not running , the system will restart the computer. simple as that .
