hi guys,
i had a module in ivrs.I am mentioning that module.
the module is
wait for the phone bell to ring once and pick up the phone.
After a specified key is pressed then disconnect the line.
wait for getting the response after reading a message otherwise timeout and off the hook.
Read the choices message and then parallely with for the key to be pressed. This has to be multithreaded while the message is read there should be an option to accept key stroke.
how to do this I am new to this environment. This module is present in IVRS using visual basic and oracke. if anybody has any idea please help me.
