hi all

no really sure where to begin, my uncle owns a signage company
he has been given a job where he needs to create a large billboard with a screen to look like a slot machine to be in the center of the shopping center, when customers have bought items they come to this billboard present their slips and get a chance to roll and maybe win a prize, i have limited programming knowledge and just thought i might get some useful responses

is it safe to assume that what you can run on a computer will also run on your uncle's billboard
