Guys, I have been using VB.net for quite sometime now but I still don't know how to create a program that captures an image and even record a video file. Can Anyone please tell me what controls will I be needing and how do i code one?
Let's just make it very simple for now. My program would contain only a screen where you will see the image or video that you will capture. And another two buttons, labeled Capture Image and Capture Video. I am using a netbook and it has a built-in camera.
