Hi Everyone,
I have MICR cheque Reader which scans the cheque and picks up data from the cheque like amount, account number etc. I want to interface this device in a vb.net application, however i have very little knowledge on how this can be done and i am seeking any assistance posibble.

Actually this type of readers only read codes from papers and then recognize it and place the code into input stream so. I think you don't want to connect the device through vb.net.
Just install its driver....
