hello i am creating a tictictoe game , however i cannot get the program to check if the player has won or not . and produce a you have won message

hello thanks for the repost however i am a bit confused as to what win_message actually does

win_messaage() is a funtion call to a function that you write that will probably display some sort of message to the winning player that they actually won.

sorry but im still confuse as to how it works and were the message actually goes, or ist tht it looks up the function and retrives the message from there
