Can We use multiple language bars inside website.

Hello Everyone,
I am working Asp.net website and I got some vicious requirement like I need to use multiple Language Bar

but issues is that whenever suppose I changed master page language as English then automatically content page get reflected this is right. but other hand if i tried to change only content page language it affects whole site.

After changing language, I am just try to load content page but its not working properly. and another thing , if I click on other links then whole website sets its culture as previous content page changed

Not sure how this would work. But could you set the language as a session?
