I've had some reports that some SVG files I've created work, but without the text. Is there a problem of rendering SVG text on smartphones and browsers?

Here are my test files:

http://www.ransen.com/svg2.html
http://www.ransen.com/svg3.html

The first two have very small text, but the last one has text which should be very visible.

Is this a known problem?
