it's incomplete, badly structured, badly (some places even wrong) explained and a re-invention of the wheel. (only it looks like this wheel is rather square than round).
it offers very little information, and for those just starting, not nearly enough.
I applaud people who do the effort to help people out, but being able to code doesn't mean you are a good teacher. I wouldn't recommend that site to anyone.
