1. Write a program to demonstrate Disk I/O with good functionalities for ELASS or any other assembler of your choice. The program should at least deal with the following functionalities:
    Open an existing file (let’s say a text file)
    Seek to a specific location in the file
    Add a content to the file
    Close the file from memory
    Define an error handling code for each of the above functionalities to display the error number. And optionally you may add a code that will let you display an actual description of the error.
