Hello,

I am developing a software(Java, SQL) which will connect to another's system database in order to have an inventory up to date.

I have made some reaseach on the best practices to do that but I am sort of lost. I have read about different integration level, I think in my case I am looking at data level integration. Is this referred as Entreprise Application Integration?

Any tips on what I could be searching for?
