Binary file for cars of a certain city
Each car of the record containing the following information:
Car number - Year - color - figures the identities of the owners of the agenda this car. (Through the matrix at most 5 because of possible car owned by more than one person).
To find out the names of the owners of these cars have another binary file and each record contains the following information (identification number - full name of the owner).
We need the following processes for the management of these records:
1. add a new record to the motor vehicle file.
