Is it so hard to use Google search these days???? "java itext create hyperlink" and first link is http://itextpdf.com/examples/iia.php?id=131
I searched the internet and found the following article about creating PDF files with links using iTextSharp:

Note that I didn't try the above code myself, because I am currently using pdf features from leadtools.
