i searched this on google but not find proper solution.
mostly refer ffmpeg , but it didn't work for me. :(

Well PHP can't play video, the user would never be able to see it :) Perhaps you should try the Javascript or Graphics and Multimedia forums

Playing video directly from your server may not be the wisest move - all that lovely bandwidth!
Why don't you grab an account with someone like Vimeo? Totally free. Upload your video (it accepts loads of different formats). For about $60/year - the Pro version - you can modify the player and ensure that the vid only plays on your site (privacy guaranteed).

Vod:pod may be an alternative, but I've found it a little slow. No php required (unless you want to create a video jukebox via ajax).
