hi..is there anyone knows how to do that?to be able not to read by anyone my password when they want to view the username and password account..?

if i add username and password,the username im going to use is text and in password is password..so that when i type,password is in asterisk..and when i view all the username and password,all i can read are the usernames and not the password because password should look like this "abetje266788fdwgwhjle" but that means in text is password1..so that if everyone will view the username and password,they only see the username and not the password..
