Thanks for such valuable inputs all you guys contribute here. This is my second request for assistance here, I'd appreciate any assistance.
I developed an application which queries a webservice to get back data in form of XML. The webservice has a restriction on its usage in daytime, that I can not send more than three requests every one second. But sadly tomcat is very fast in querying the web service and it results in either an error in parsing that XML or nothing displays up at all.
Is it someway I could slow down the processing or perhaps introduce a delay? I tried using wait, but it makes it non working for even very small queries.
