How to upload and retrieve image from postgresql using JSP

I want to upload and retrieve image using JSP and the database am using is PostgreSQL,after storing image in byte streams and want to retrieve the image and i want to store the image in the hard disk and then i want to display the image by specifying the id given to the image using jsp ,so pls send me the code so that i can complete my task as soon as possible ,since already i have taken a lot of time to do this task
