I have embed swf file on following page.

Video is cut off. I have tried all the ways to make it stretch. Also tried Scale parameter but that also not working.
Can anyone suggest me what is the best way to stretch the swf file.

Check that you've specified the correct size, and that this matches the size of the video you have. If this looks ok, please supply the code you've used to embed the video.
