Wordpress Site regularly getting injected by codes, which is throwing following error in browser

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home/client/public_html/design/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3753

Multiple sites are having these problems - is this a Virus injected in Wordpress?

Anyone facing similar problems ? can you suggest how to make sure to fix this problem n not have it reoccure again.

Thanks

There might just be some include file or plugin somewhere that has one curly bracket too much.

Hi

After the function file is fixed, the site starts working, but this automatically changes again after 3-4 days & throws sames error on the site. This is not just happening on one site, its on random sites...Settings on servers have been checked, passwords are all strong, cannot figure what is injecting this ?

Let me know if you have faced a similar issue offlate ? & fix you had applied.

Thanks in advance for your time on this, much appreciated.
