What exactly does not work in IE?

Hello JorgeM,
Actually i want content slider in sharepoint desginer 2010 which should be work on ie 8+ browsers. In above css I got to know that trasition css is not supported in ie 8. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Any other alternatives are welcome. Thanks.
