I am developing a web page, and every link in my tab list that is: Home, about us, contact us, testimonies all should just be changed in the into a certain portion of the page contacting the server apart from <iframes> of html how can i get this task done please?

Another way would be to load everything into a single page and use JavaScript to hide/show the portions.
