Using localhost/#sum and <section id="sum">Dum Dum DAM</section>.
I can skip to specific useful places on website.

But it does skip it in once. Is there way to make it glide?

I don't know how to use jQuery's .animate.
scrollIntoView doesn't work for me on Firefox.
