I really need this WYSIWYG editor here on DaniWeb, with the smileys and rich text editing, does anyone know where to get it?

The message editor on Daniweb is part of the vBulletin forum software.

Also a quick google search of:-

wysiwyg rich text editor

should yield more than enough examples. I've just had a go and some of the examples are fairly straight forward to follow or adapt to suit your own designs.

DaniWeb is no longer using a complex WYSIWYG editor. However, I would super highly recommend TinyMCE.
