PHP quiz failed to connect to database

Hey guys I have found this code to create a quiz, I'm getting the following errors when I try and add a question

Looks like you're missing a file. Where is that file included?

hey thanks for the replay, I'm looking through my code and I can sware I have changed the config files, to make it easier I have put all the files into one folder to make it much easier for me.

But it looks like there is one line of code that is hiding from me!

Hi guys I was been an stupid idiot! I had a sub folder and dreamweaver was saving it into that folder instead of xamp htdocs!

The connection string is working all I need to do now is get the questions to be stored into the database!
