Any idea how to change the color of a scroll down item?

The normal color is grey and I would like to change it into green color. Any idea how to do it?

Are you talking about the hovered item in a dropdown, the selected item(s) in a listbox, or the scrollbar itself?

Do you really want to do this? Green? heh
