Basically, I have developed a Website, Now I want to upload some js files and generate a link for that. So I can use that in my local html file. Are there any websites that are capable to upload files and generate a link for it?.

So let me get this straight: so you have developed your website locally and want to include js files hosted on the Internet.
If I am correct in that assumption, you can use a CDN, such as Cloudflare.
