I have a very standard code where I use a CRUD interface on my Database. The issue is that every attempt I made to redraw/update the table with the new data [ $('.table').DataTable().draw(); ] has failed miserably. Here is my targeted code: function manageData(key) { var name = $("#countryName"); var shortDesc = $("#shortDesc"); var longDesc = $("#longDesc"); var editRowID = $("#editRowID"); if (isNotEmpty(name) && isNotEmpty(shortDesc) && isNotEmpty(longDesc)) { $.ajax({ url: 'ajax.php', method: 'POST', dataType: 'text', data: { key: key, name: name.val(), shortDesc: shortDesc.val(), longDesc: longDesc.val(), rowID: editRowID.val() }, success: function (response) { if (response != "success") alert(response); else { $("#country_"+editRowID.val()).html(name.val()); …

i have error like this : DataTables warning (table id = 'datatables'): Cannot reinitialise DataTable. To retrieve the DataTables object for this table, please pass either no arguments to the dataTable() function, or set bRetrieve to true. Alternatively, to destory the old table and create a new one, set bDestroy to true (note that a lot of changes to the configuration can be made through the API which is usually much faster). in my code when i want to display data from database in a same page (index) with diffrent query,, this is my index code : <!DOCTYPE html> <html> …

For ex: T1 looks like this: [COL4][COL5][COL6]...[COLN] 1 1 1 2 1 1 1 3 1 3 The Output Table should be like this: [COL4] [COL5] 1 1 1 3 So far I've got this: …
