I'm enrolled in a writing and research class and I'm currently writing a 20 page paper on Net Neutrality to present to my school. I am seeking an IT professional (who considers themself an expert on the topic of Net Neutrality) to interview. If anyone would be willing to do this it would be much appreciated. The interview would only be 10-20 questions.

One might have titled this story "Beware of government bearing gifts." We should be exceedingly wary whenever law makers begin dabbling with something that's been working exceedingly well for decades. Today that thing is the Internet, perhaps the least-regulated industry in the U.S. today.
