Hello,
How do i upload files from php to my ISP / server? Please tell me.

This ain't difficult. Use FTP for general upload. You can use free tools like FireFTP plug-in with Firefox. Use an Explorer Window in XP/Vista. Simply type in your ftp address, e.g. ftp.mysite.com. And be ready with your login details (username and password). Your host should have provided you with all these bits of info. It's then just a simple question of selecting and uploading (FireFTP) or copy and paste from explorer windows.
