$alltables = mysql_query("SHOW TABLES");
while ($table = mysql_fetch_assoc($alltables))
{
foreach ($table as $db => $tablename)

mysql_query("OPTIMIZE TABLE '".$tablename."'")
or die(mysql_error());
}
}
